Return & Exchange Policy – Riderzon
At Riderzon, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
1. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- No signs of wear, dirt, pet hair, odors, or stains.
- The item must not be listed in the exceptions below.
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise).
- Gift cards.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Opened or used care products.
Any item that does not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Before sending back an item, contact us at info@riderzon.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return (wrong size, defective item, not as expected, etc.)
We will respond with confirmation and instructions within 48 business hours.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
- Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Step 3: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 to 7 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
3. Return Fees & Conditions
Return Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- If an item does not meet our return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer or subject to a restocking fee (between 15% and 25% of the item’s value).
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please:
1. Place a new order on our website.
2️. Return the original item following the steps above.
5. Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@riderzon.com with:
- A photo of the item.
- A description of the issue.
We will cover the return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
