Norton Panic Rubber Tie

Thick black rubber with one ring at each end so you can fit the snaps of your choice (for instance a quick release panic snap for the headcollar and a spring hook for the ring). Ideal to tie horses who have a tendency to panic, thanks to its elasticity which does not put up the same resistance as normal ties.
